At Justin Duance, we want you to cherish your handcrafted jewelry for a lifetime; if your piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on standard items. Please note that bespoke commissions and personalized engravings are generally non-refundable due to their unique nature.

Return Process

  Contact Our Workshop

  Email our team within 30 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return or exchange, providing your order number and reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item back in its original Justin Duance presentation box and ensure it is securely packaged in a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship with Tracking

  Send your item back to our Cornwall workshop using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our craftsmen have inspected the item to ensure it is in its original, unworn condition, we will process your refund or initiate the exchange within 7 business days.
