How long will it take to receive my order?
As most of our pieces are handcrafted to order, please allow 3-6 weeks for production. If you need an item for a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes, we ship our jewelry worldwide using secure, insured courier services. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return a bespoke or customized item?
Items that have been personalized, engraved, or custom-made to your specifications are non-refundable. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so please reach out if there are any issues.
What if I order the wrong ring size?
We offer a resizing service for most of our rings. Depending on the design and material, there may be a small fee. We recommend using our physical sizing gauge before ordering to ensure the best fit.
